We are doing everything we possibly can to help you choose the ultimate, most flattering and comfortable outfit for you. We have put together a simple size chart that will help you choose the right size, whether it's a dress, a pair of pants, shoes or a shirt.
How do I find an item in the online store?
The best way to shop at Story online is to scroll through the various categories located in the toolbar at the top of the page and examine our changing merchandise. Don’t forget to check out our styling tips and recommendations and visit our SALE section. Are you shopping for a particular brand or item? Use our Search to find what you're looking for. Just type in a keyword (color, brand name, item name, etc.), press SEARCH and the relevant results will appear immediately. Another way to get the most accurate search results is by refining your search. On the right side of the page you can select a particular color, a specific brand, size or price range. Did you find what you were looking for? Press Add to Bag and fill in your payment and shipping details.
Do I have to register in order to shop at Story Online?
Registration is not required in order to shop at our online store. But it is worth your while to register: Registration allows you to shop easily and comfortably, without the need to fill in your personal details with each purchase. If you are a Story club member, registering ensures that you will receive all the benefits you deserve. Last but not least, registration guarantees that you receive primary updates on promotions, special events, new collections and items and other special surprises.
How do I sign up?
Click on the registration page, enter your email address and choose a password. The password must be composed of at least 6 characters in English/Hebrew and /or numbers. Registration is free and does not involve any commitment. Click here to register.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. You can purchase a gift card on our website for any desired amount. The gift card can only be used at our online store.
What is "My Account"?
Upon registration to Story Online, a personal customer page called "My Account" is created for you. On this page you can keep track of orders you have made, orders in process, inspect your past shopping and update your personal information.
How do I change my online password?
You can update your information and change your password on the "My Account" page via the link: My Account, email, password.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Enter the login page and Click on "Forgot Password". You will then receive an email to reset your password.
What are my delivery options?
Story Online offers you free shipping on purches over 399 nis directly to your home or office within 3 business days. under 399 nis the shipping will add 19 nis to your bill.
Story Online offers same day/ next day delivery (depending on purchasing hours) to these destinations:
Tel Aviv, Even Yehuda, Or yehuda, Be'er Yaakov, Bat Yam, Bnei Brak, Givataim, Givat Shmuel, Ganei Tikva, Hod Hasharon, Herzelia, Holon, Yehud, Kfar Saba, Kfar Shmaryahu, Lod, Ness Ziona, Netania, Savyon, Petah Tikva, Kiryat Ono, Rishon Le Zion, Ramat Gan, Ramat Hasharon, Raanana, Rehovot, Ramle, Rishpon.
Purchases that were made before 12PM will be delivered on the same day between 3PM to 8PM.
Purchases that were made after 12PM will be delivered on the next day between 3PM to 8PM.
Story Online offers you free pickup from our stores.
How do I get my package?
If the courier arrived and you were not available at the address you provided, they will contact you by phone and coordinate a new date for delivery. It is very important to make sure that you provide an updated phone number. If you have any more questions, the Story team can be reached at [email protected] or by phone.
The size is wrong, the color isn't flattering, I just don’t want it - can I return it?
Of course! We are aware of the initial challenge of online shopping and we will make every effort to simplify the process and ensure that you have an enjoyable shopping experience. If you wish to return an item, no matter for what reason, all you have to do is write us an email to [email protected], note your order number and the item details and we will get back to you within two business days.
The options for returning your package are:
1. Israel Post - Free of charge, with the use of the attachment sticker that comes with your order. don't forget to insert all your order details within the package, so we will be able to trace & refund your payment.
2. Story stores - Free of charge, don't forget to insert all your order details within the package, so we will be able to trace & refund your payment.
3. Service Delivery - By contacting our customer service at [email protected]. After taking your return details we aill be able to send you a carrier for your package. This service has an additional fee of 19 NIS that will be charged by our customer service over the phone.
How do I return an item purchased at the online store?
You can return any item that was not on sale within 14 days of receipt. All you have to do is send us an email to [email protected], indicate your order number, the cause of exchange or return and your phone number, and we will contact you within 2 business days. Is Story Online a secure website?
Yes, Story uses the most advanced security systems available today. All your information will remain confidential and completely secure. In line with our devotion to protect the security and confidentiality of our customer's information, every credit card transaction on the site is encrypted and credit card information entered into the system is deleted immediately after the transaction is complete. We also abide by the e-commerce security protocol (SSL).
Does Story Online keep my credit card details?
No. Story does not retain its customer's credit card numbers. Card defrayal is executed by Credit Guard, a company that has an Information Security Standard PCI: DSS Level 1 license. Any credit card transaction at the online store is encrypted and the credit card information entered into the system is deleted immediately after the transaction is complete.
What are the payment options on the site?
You can pay via PayPal or credit cards such as Visa, VisaCal, Mastercard, Isracard and American Express.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. If you shop for over 200 NIS the payment can be divided into two installments, over 600 NIS - 3 installments and over 1,000 NIS - 5 installments.
What are business days?
Business days are weekdays, Sunday through Thursday (including) and do not include Fridays, Saturdays or holidays. The day of order is not considered a business day
When is my purchase billed?
You will be automatically and immediately billed once your order is completed. Once your transaction is approved by the credit card company, we will send you an email approving the payment and transaction.
Are the online prices the same as the in-store prices?
Yes. Prices of items at Story Online are identical to the price of items in the stores, excluding special offers online, which will then be especially stated.
Can I pay with cash?
No. Payment is limited to credit card or PayPal.
How do I sign up for the Story newsletter?
In order to keep you updated with all our news, you need to select the option of receiving our newsletter on our registration page. An email confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you don't wish to register but are interested in receiving updates, you can sign-up for our newsletter at the bottom of each page on the site.
Does Story have stores that are not online?

If I chose to receive a refund on the items returned, do I have to cancel the transaction with the credit card company?
No, we will take care of the cancellation - you don’t need to worry about anything. You will be refunded accordance to the charge.
